Portrait of Dr. HodgesPeter T. Hodges, MD

Dr. Hodges graduated from the University of Kansas in 1989 receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. He practiced therapy for several years, and then returned to earn his doctoral degree in medicine from the University of Kansas School of Mecicine in May 1997. During his junior year in medical school, he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita in June 2002. As a resident he was awarded the George Lucas M.D. Award for Excellence in Resident Teaching.

Dr. Hodges joined the Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center in August of 2002. He has been certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery since July 2004. He holds memberships in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, Kansas Orthopaedic Society, Kansas Medical Society, and Riley County Medical Society. He is a team physician for Kansas State University varsity sports.
