Lindsay received her bachelor's degree in Biology from Emporia State University in 2000 where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was named a member of the National Honors Society. She received her Physician Assistant's degree from Wichita State University in August 2003.
Lindsay joined the Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center in September 2003. She has been board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 2003 and is licensed with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, American Association of Surgical Physicians Assistants, Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants, and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery.
