Michele received her Associates in Arts from Highland Community College in 1992 where she played basketball and volleyball. In 1995 she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor in Biology from Rockhurst College and the later received a Masters in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst College in 1997.
Michele started her employment with the Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center in 2006. She has been in physical therapy in the area for 10 years. She has a large base of knowledge in sports medicine and in pre and post-surgical therapy.
